I am Ngāti Kahungunu / Ki te Wairoa. I am a single mum and I am a nursing student at Ara now.
I didn’t have a great time at school, but I have worked really hard as an adult to get where me and my son are at the moment. We still have issues everyday, but we keep going.
I have had lots of struggles, but I don’t give up. I am working so hard to get my nursing degree.
